Fabulous building built-in 1910. Multiple Roof Repairs through the years. With additional Felt membrane build-up systems. Covering existing base. 4/5 layers in total. All repair systems and build-ups are a gas torch on felt membrane. The main Purpose Was to maintain the Magnificent timber tongue and groove decking. Interior Finish and Design is 1 of a Kind. On this particular building. No expense spared. On original build.

 

Our works are to Fully Restore and Create a New Warm Roof. That will last for Decades. 

 

1/  Strip all felts down to Timber tongue and groove base. Architect / Owner Specification. Repair all damaged areas of tongue and groove decking plus replace any defective rafters.

 

2/  Fit New timber firing pieces/runners. Full length of roof. Fitted directly to existing rafters under tongue and groove.
Also, fit new 3/4 inch Certified Osb timber sheets to full roof span. Fitted directly to New timber runners. Creating a new solid base deck. With a total of 10 inches improved fall towards Outlet.

 

3/  Prep all timber decking for fitting of New 3mm Vapour layer. First of 3 layers. Vapour layer fitted. 3mm Bicroelast Hpp.

 

4/  x2 Premium Windows to be fitted. All timber upstands created and fully Bolted Interior Rafter Structure. 1 Escape window and 1 large Tripple glaze fixed window. Both of the Highest Quality available on the market. Supplied by Flushglaze windows fabricated.

 

5/  Prepare all new timber decking for fitting of New 100mm Composite Insulation. Fit all Insulation using mushroom plates. Solid fixing. No adhesive needed. Logicpir GTB Thermal used on Full span.

 

6/  Fit New 3mm Underlay to full roof span. Directly fitted to Composite Insulation. Insulation is finished in a Primed torch on membrane. No extra primer needed. 

This is the 2nd layer of membrane fitted and is a 3mm Underlay Bicroelast Epp.

7/  Fit New Bipol Xl. Mineral Capsheet. To full flat roof area including all upstands and wall flashings.
